Overview

Advanced Asset Management is seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team at our property, Reserve at Rye in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess a strong maintenance background in property management or a similar real estate-related position. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community by overseeing all maintenance operations.

Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience; prior supervisory on technician experience .
• Skilled in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems.
• Valid driver's license required
• Experience with property management software a plus

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
