Direct Hire - Maintenance Technician

1st SHIFT | $33/hr. + 

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Greenwood, IN. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and a passion for maintaining equipment and systems, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become problems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.

• 120/208/240/480 Voltage Systems
• Electrical Repair
• Plastic Extrusion Experience
• Injection Molding Experience
• Blow Molding Experience
