Lead Low Voltage Technician / Location Supervisor

Ecosat LLC is hiring a Lead Low Voltage Technician / Site Supervisor to help launch and grow our operations in the San Diego area. This is a key role as we expand from cross-border government projects into long-term commercial and infrastructure work in Southern California.

You’ll lead a small field team in the installation of low-voltage systems — including structured cabling, access control, alarm, and surveillance — across a variety of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a 2–3 person installation team

• Read and interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and specs

• Install, terminate, and test Cat6, coax, alarm, and conduit systems

• Mount and program cameras, door readers, panels, and alarms

• Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

• Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients

• Document installation progress with photos and reports

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish  (required – team and vendors are bilingual)

• 3+ years of hands-on low-voltage installation experience

• At least 1 year of leadership or crew supervision experience

• Able to read blueprints and technical documentation

• Skilled with power tools, ladders, testers, and basic low-voltage tools

• Must pass a background check (for access to government sites)

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
