Job DescriptionHoneywell Aerospace & Defense is seeking a Lead IT Engineer - Testing & Quality COE to drive enterprise-wide testing strategy, automation enablement, and quality governance across mission-critical IT systems.

This role will serve as a technical leader within the Testing & Quality Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-quality delivery across ERP platforms (SAP), digital applications, manufacturing systems (OT), and cloud environments.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in test strategy, automation frameworks, regulated environments, and large-scale ERP transformation programs, particularly within Aerospace & Defense or other highly controlled industries.
