Lead Inventory Specialist (Electronics)
· Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
· The job location is in Richardson, Texas 75081
· The pay rate is 20.00 to 23.00 an hour
· Temp to Perm.
POSITION IS STARTING ASAP!
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and label incoming materials and components
- Accurately record material transactions in the inventory management system (ERP)
- Maintain accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval
- Prepare materials and kits for production based on build schedules
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments
- Ensure materials are handled and stored in compliance with ESD and safety procedures
- Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality teams to support operational goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling (preferably in electronics or manufacturing)
- Managing the Inventory department, Taking responsibility for accuracy
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software a plus (e.g., Epicor, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Team player with good communication and organizational skills
- ESD awareness and handling practices ()
- must have cycle count experience
- heavy electronic components stock room experience
- MUST HAVE ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND

- must have cycle count experience

- will have control over inventory so this person needs to make it their "baby"
