Lead Inventory Specialist (Electronics)

·       Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

·       The job location is in Richardson, Texas 75081

·       The pay rate is 20.00 to 23.00 an hour

·       Temp to Perm.

POSITION IS STARTING ASAP!

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and label incoming materials and components
• Accurately record material transactions in the inventory management system (ERP)
• Maintain accurate stock counts through regular cycle counts and inventory audits
• Organize and store materials in designated locations for easy retrieval
• Prepare materials and kits for production based on build schedules
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with appropriate departments
• Ensure materials are handled and stored in compliance with ESD and safety procedures
• Collaborate with purchasing, production, and quality teams to support operational goals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling (preferably in electronics or manufacturing)
• Managing the Inventory department, Taking responsibility for accuracy
• Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory software a plus (e.g., Epicor, SAP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Team player with good communication and organizational skills
• ESD awareness and handling practices ()
• must have cycle count experience
• heavy electronic components stock room experience
• MUST HAVE ELECTRONICS MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND

Stock Room Specialist/Inventory Control Specialist/Material Controls Clerk (all possible titles of job)

• must have cycle count experience
• heavy electronic components stock room experience
• someone with an electronic manufacturing background
• will have control over inventory so this person needs to make it their "baby"
• managing inventory department; take responsibility for accuracy

• Will pay on average rate for this person. I get the rate would be around $19-22 hr
