Lead from the front in a secure defence environment
We’re looking for a DV Cleared Lead Infrastructure Engineer to take ownership of a Windows-focused infrastructure team within a highly secure, mission-critical programme.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll combine technical delivery with team management and operational accountability.
 
What you’ll be doing

Leading and mentoring a Windows infrastructure team
Owning service delivery and SLA performance
Supporting design and delivery of infrastructure solutions
Working closely with architects and programme stakeholders
Ensuring stability, performance and continuous improvement across services 
What you’ll need

Strong Windows/infrastructure engineering background
Experience in secure or enterprise-scale environments
Proven leadership or senior technical ownership experience
Good understanding of SLAs, service delivery and operational support
