Lead HVAC Technician in Stuarts Draft

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership: Diagnose, repair, and install residential and commercial HVAC systems, managing HVAC projects from start to finish - new construction, renovations and retrofits.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets Virginia HVAC codes and EPA regulation, maintaining a safe job site at all times.
• Customer Excellence: Communicate clearly with homeowners and business owners to explain issues and recommend honest solutions.
• Mentorship: guide apprentices and junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• On-Call Service: Participate in a limited on-call rotation to support customers when urgent needs arise;

• EPA 608 Certification REQUIRED
• Valid VA HVAC Tradesman or Contractor License PREFFERED
• 5+ Years of Hands On HVAC Service and Repair - Residental and Commercial
