We are looking for a Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing HVAC service and maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality work, safety, and code compliance. This role leads a team of technicians while also handling hands-on troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and delegate tasks to HVAC techs on daily operations

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems

• Perform diagnostics and ensure timely repairs

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations

• Coordinate with vendors and other departments

• Maintain service records and documentation

• Provide training and support to junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years HVAC experience, including leadership roles

• EPA Universal Certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical knowledge

• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
