Job Overview

Aspinwall Plumbing & Heating is looking for an elite Level 5 Lead HVAC Service Technician to handle the most advanced service, repair, and maintenance projects in the South Shore area. This senior-level role is ideal for a master of their craft who thrives on solving complex challenges, mentoring other technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our clients' comfort while setting the gold standard for technical excellence and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of advanced HVAC systems.
Solve the most complex HVAC issues using advanced diagnostic techniques.
Advise on system design, optimization, and integration for new and upgraded installations.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-level customer satisfaction.
Ensure all work meets industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Stay current with HVAC technology, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; advanced HVAC education .
7-10+ years of extensive HVAC service and repair experience, including leadership roles.
EPA 608 Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required; NATE certification .
Master-level knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and airflow principles.
Proven leadership skills with a history of team development and project management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday-Friday
Flexibility as needed for project completion
