Imagine your day powering a campus dedicated to advancing diagnostics. At Beckman Coulter Diagnostics—part of Danaher’s community of six Diagnostics Companies—you arrive on-site in Chaska, MN ready to keep critical building systems running so scientists and operators can focus on improving patient lives.

You’ll be part of our Facilities team, reporting to a Facilities Manager who oversees six buildings and leads a crew of eight associates. In a fast-paced, multi-functional environment, you’ll help us build and sustain a world‑class operation.

What your day could look like

• Walk the campus to inspect infrastructure and evaluate equipment health across multiple buildings.
• Diagnose and repair electromechanical systems—structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, heat pumps, and cooling towers.
• Assess and service refrigeration systems, including walk-in freezers and coolers; make informed decisions on repair vs. replacement.
• Execute preventative maintenance plans that minimize downtime and extend asset life.
• Team up with repair technicians, project leaders, and the Facilities Manager to coordinate priorities and project timelines.

What you bring

• Associate degree (or equivalent) in a relevant trade such as HVAC.
• Valid Refrigeration License.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and/or building systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Proficiency in HVAC and Refrigeration Systems.
