We are seeking a Lead HVAC Installer TRAINEE to become a part of our team in Victoria, TX area! That's right—a trainee, which means you DO NOT need any prior HVAC experience. However, we are specifically seeking individuals with at least 1-3 years of prior construction or trade experience, such as framing, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical. You must have a solid foundation in understanding hand tools and power tools, along with knowing how to utilize them.

• Follow Our Installation and Service Practices/Procedures.

• Perform Given Tasks and Assignments with No Hand-Holding.

• Maintain Excellent Organizational Practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous Construction Experience.

• Positive Attitude, Show Initiative.

• Willingness to travel. (up to 2 hrs away utilizing company vehicle. Travel cost will be covered.)

• Motivation.

• Valid Driver’s License.

• Clean Background.

• Drug-Free.
