QUALIFICATIONS
- Clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- HVAC installation experience with a passion for mentoring
- Ability to work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects
- Prior supervisory experience in the HVAC industry is a plus!
While working in this full-time supervisor role, you have a 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM schedule, or work until the job is complete. Overtime opportunities are available, allowing you to earn even more while keeping projects on track.
