Lead HVAC Installer

Climate Guys is a family-owned business providing services to the Western Michigan area since 2010. We are seeking a Lead HVAC Install Technician who can install residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards. Hours: 40+ hours a week, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed

Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour Depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience performing HVAC installs
• Valid license and insurable driving record
• Positive attitude
• Ability to lead a team
• Willing to conform to company standards, procedures, and policies
• Ability to lift and carry 100lbs
• Able to perform layout of HVAC systems, duct design and sizing for new homes
