Key Responsibilities:
- * Define and execute the long-term HRIS roadmap, aligning with overall HR and business strategies.
- * Lead the architectural design and implementation of complex HRIS modules, enhancements, and integrations.
- * Act as the primary technical and functional expert for the HRIS, advising on best practices, system capabilities, and limitations.
- * Evaluate emerging HR technologies and vendors, recommending solutions that enhance our current ecosystem.
- * Oversee the design and optimization of intricate workflows, security models, and data governance within the HRIS.
- * Lead major system upgrade initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum benefit.
- * Provide advanced consultation and thought leadership to HR and IT on complex HRIS challenges and strategic initiatives.
- * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, self-service, and data quality enhancements.
Recommended Qualifications:
- * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's .
- * 7+ years of extensive experience in HRIS roles, with significant experience in system architecture, design, and strategic planning.
- * Deep expertise in at least one major enterprise HRIS platform (e.g., Workday, UKG Pro, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud), including advanced modules and integrations.
- * Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.
- * Strong understanding of integration technologies and best practices (API management, ETL, SFTP).
- * Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to foresee long-term impacts.
- * Superior communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the organization.
- * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Qualifications:
- * Relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Pro, SAP HR, Oracle HCM Cloud Certification, PMP, ITIL).
- * Experience with Enterprise Architecture principles and methodologies.
- * Background in data governance, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and compliance.
- * Experience working in a complex, multi-site, international organization.
- * Expertise in advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools for HR.
