Job Description

Lead React Engineer

£600 p/day | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote | 6+ Month Contract

We’re partnering with a well-established technology company in the IP management and SaaS sector to hire a Lead React Engineer. This role offers full ownership of a large-scale enterprise UI and the opportunity to shape front-end architecture for years to come.

You’ll lead by example, drive best practice, and collaborate closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the development of scalable, high-quality UI using React
• Architecting and implementing Redux for complex state management
• Creating structured, maintainable Sass/BEM styling
• Defining coding standards and influencing architectural decisions
• Working closely with business teams to refine requirements
• Providing guidance and support to engineers

What You’ll Bring

• Advanced experience building production React applications
• Strong Redux exposure in complex systems
• Proven experience with Sass, BEM, and modern CSS methodologies
• Deep understanding of ES6+, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience leading or influencing front-end delivery
• Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership
