What You'll Do

• Frame interior and exterior walls, floor systems, and roof structures using wood and engineered products
• Read and interpret blueprints, framing plans, and material take-offs
• Install windows, doors, sheathing, and other structural elements
• Keep jobsites clean, safe, and organized
• Work closely with the crew and project managers to keep timelines tight and quality high

What You Bring

• 4-7+ years of residential framing experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of framing techniques, tools, and materials
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and respect for safety
