Sadler Electric Inc. is looking for a full-time mechanic. We are an electrical contractor who specializes in Heavy Highway Infrastructure, Signals & Lighting, as well as Drilled Shaft Construction Projects. Our ideal candidate must be able to work independently, be detail-orientated, highly organized, and motivated to complete assigned tasks in a timely fashion.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, including trucks, trailers and heavy equipment. 
• Conduct diagnostic tests to identify mechanical issues on trucks and equipment. 
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems on mobile cranes, heavy equipment and bucket trucks. 
• May repair and or adjust brake systems on trucks and trailers. 

Qualifications:

• Prven mechanic experience with heavy equipment operation and automotive repair. 
• Welding/Fabrication experience. 
• Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic malfunctions. 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Strong understanding of vehicle schematics and electrical systems. 
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for various repair tasks. 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to communicate and work as a team.
