As a CTD Lead Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role onsite with our customers. You'll lead activities, people and HSE compliance and work on a variety of complex problems and issues. You'll be the onsite expert, continually developing knowledge and skills to deliver innovative solutions for customers.
 

As a CTD CTD Lead Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for:
 

• Assisting with activities to ensure repairs, installations and preventive maintenance on equipment are completed on-time and safely
• Being the primary point of contact to external customers to build relationships and ensure seamless service delivery
• Report all accidents, incidents, or any unsafe conditions to prevent any problems or damage
• Assisting with pre-job checks and onsite maintenance, ensuring safety and reliability of equipment
• Performing checks of equipment required for cementing, coiled tubing or enhancement jobs to ensure operational readiness

To be successful in this role you will:
 

• Have solid Coiled Tubing experience is a must
• Have good understanding of equipment hydraulics, preventative maintenance and repairs that can be done on site.
• Have good understanding of well control and downhole hydraulics
• Be able to speak English and Azerbaijani
• Display an ability to analyze problems from data and identify root causes and provide efficient solutions
