Lead EngineerLiverpool Street, City of London£48,000 - £52,000We've got a brilliant role for a Lead Engineer to join our client on a high end site based in Liverpool Street. You'll be joining a market leading company within building services, on a great site, as part of a well experienced team and be given opportunities to progress further within the organisation.As a Lead Engineer, you will oversee a small M&E maintenance team, allocate works, fault find / troubleshoot, provide technical support, carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.Lead Engineer Duties:PPMs & Reactive maintenanceStatutory ComplianceSingle and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, BMS OperationCarry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.Organising subcontractorsCompleting logbooks and RAMSReportsPermits to workRaise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.Lead Engineer Requirements:City and Guilds / EAL / NVQ or equivalent in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 and regulations) or in a mechanical related subject (Level 2 minimum)At least 5 years experience as an Electrical Engineer within commercial building maintenanceStrong M&E system experienceStrong communication skillsAbility to lead a teamSalary and Package:£48,000 - £52,000 per annum4 on / 4 off shift pattern, day shift only20 days annual leaveCompany pension schemeAdditional overtimeOn-going trainingInternal progressionIf you're interested in this Lead Engineer role, apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
