Lead Engineer

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Days (07:00 - 16:30)

\n

with a flexibilty of emergency availability for out of hours breakdowns, which will be paid a emergency /bonus

About The Role

• Reporting to Operations Director

\n

• Preventative planned maintenance planning.

\n

• Carry out Root Cause Analysis

\n

• Providing support and guidance to the maintenance team

\n

• Progressive pathways available for driven candidates

\n

\n

About The Candidate:

\n

\n
• Minimum 2 years experience in a senior engineering position, in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

\n

• Level 3 NVQ / HNC in engineering OR Time Served Engineer

\n

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

\n

• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

\n

• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
