We’re hiring a Lead Engineer to guide and mentor our engineering team while driving innovation, product development, and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on leadership role where your technical expertise and creativity will help shape the future of our products, processes, and customer experience.
What You’ll Do:

• Lead Engineering Projects: Oversee new product development and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
• Drive Innovation: Research and integrate new technologies, processes, and materials to keep products competitive and cutting-edge.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to industry standards and safety regulations while implementing quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with production, supply chain, and sales teams to align engineering goals with company objectives.
• Champion Customer Focus: Translate customer feedback and market insights into design and process improvements.
• Use Data to Drive Results: Leverage analytics, KPIs, and testing to validate designs and measure engineering success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Proven background in product development, manufacturing processes, and engineering leadership.
• Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and quality standards.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to guide projects from concept to completion.

Pay & Schedule:

• Full-time | Monday–Friday | Up to $93,000 (based on experience)
