Join us as a Electrical Lead Hand and take charge of leading a talented electrical assembly team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. You’ll be the hands-on leader ensuring every project is built to spec, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate a team of electrical technicians.
• Ensure projects follow the latest schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Troubleshoot electrical assembly issues on the floor.
• Keep production on schedule while maintaining top safety and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and help them grow their skills.
