Ardent Electric is looking for a Lead Electrician to join our growing team in Erie, PA. This is a full-time role for a motivated, technically gifted electrician who thrives on solving problems independently and delivering clean, code-compliant work. What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute residential and light commercial projects
• Perform Service calls (troubleshooting), service upgrades, panel work, rewires, generator installations, and new construction wiring
• Work independently or with other leads, with a helper, or lead a small crew on-site
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local codes

Who We’re Looking For

• At least 2+ years of field experience in electrical work
• Electrical Education or Equivalent
• Technically gifted — someone who can diagnose and solve problems without hand-holding
• Strong understanding of the NEC
• Good general knowledge of other trades and systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required. Experience with trailers hauling equipment can be a plus.
• Comfortable leading jobs and making field-level decisions
• Experience with standby generators systems, excavators, is a plus
• PA Journeyman or Master license is a plus (not required)
• Ability to lift 85lbs

Compensation

• Starting $22–$32/hour, based on skill, experience, and licensing
• Overtime available
