Job Description
Electrical Lead Engineer – Westminster – £53,000 – Mon to Fri Earlies and Lates\n\nA lead engineer role for a qualified electrical professional who enjoys ownership, standards, and team delivery. Strong fit for someone ready to step up without losing hands on work.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n\n * Leading day to day electrical delivery across the site\n\n * Completing PPMs, fault finding, and repairs\n\n * Acting as first point of escalation for technical issues\n\n * Supporting shift coverage through earlies and lates rotation\n\n * Managing subcontractors and supporting planned works\n\n * Closing out defects and remedial actions\n\n * Updating CAFM, job sheets, and compliance documentation\n\n * Supporting training, standards, and continuous improvement\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\n * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent Level 3\n\n * AM2\n\n * 18th Edition\n\n * Lead engineer or step up experience in commercial maintenance\n\n * 2391 as a bonus\n\n * Strong admin skills, clear communication, reliable reporting\n\nWhat’s In It For You\n\n * £53,000 salary\n\n * Monday to Friday earlies and lates rotation\n\n * 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays\n\n * Good pension scheme\n\n * Training budget and progression plan\n\n * Route into Supervisor and management roles
