The Role
\n
We're seeking an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering activities across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, safe, and commercially successful delivery.
\n
You'll provide technical leadership, manage electrical engineering resources, mentor team members, and work closely with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Bring
\n
- \n
- Degree, HND or HNC in Electrical Engineering
- Significant experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Chemical, or EPC environments
- Strong LV and HV electrical design knowledge (up to 11kV, with 33kV desirable)
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering projects from concept to completion
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and electrical design software
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Chartered Engineer status or professional membership

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead electrical engineering activities and provide technical guidance across projects
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements
- Review and approve electrical designs, calculations, drawings, and technical documentation
- Support project delivery, business development, and client engagement activities
- Mentor and develop engineers within the discipline team
- Assist with commissioning and on-site project support when required
