Lead - Demand Planner (International Business)

Job Description Summary: To Ensure product availability and inventorycontrol. The individual shall beresponsible for leading inventory norm, generating the production planaccording to the inventory target and monitor dispatches to maintain healthyinventory levels.Job Responsibilities: Determine inventory norm, calculate theinventory projection, monitor and control inventory quality. Monitor and control criticalproducts review to ensure adherence to dispatch plan, highlighting potentialimpact to the business.Back order projection andcontrol. Monitor, report, andcommunicate performance indicators such as inventory measurements, back order,top risks to management (S&OP preparation).Generate and establish production plan accordingto sales forecast and inventory targets. Maintain relationship with the HeadOffice and affiliate to agree and ensure production and import plan.Monitor and control SLOBinventory and write-off. Maintain constant transfer and control of FG and SC01inventory.Experience: 6-10 years in the consumer goods, preferably pharmaceutical, FMCG ordistribution company. Candidates with INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS experience will be preferred.
