Lead Data Scientist – Redefining Mobile Ad Personalisation at Scale

We’re hiring a Lead Data Scientist to take ownership of a cutting-edge, high-traffic AI-driven advertising platform that’s reshaping the future of mobile monetisation.

This is your chance to build and scale deep learning models that process billions of requests daily; driving smarter targeting, better user experiences, and measurable growth for apps used by millions worldwide.

You’ll be an early stage team member, leading efforts to personalize game recommendations, dynamically price offers, and optimize engagement across a unique rewarded ad ecosystem. Expect to be hands-on, lead a growing team, and shape the future of AI applications in mobile adtech.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the development and deployment of advanced machine learning models (recommendation, pricing, classification) at massive scale
• Lead and grow a high-performing data science team, fostering technical excellence and mentorship
• Collaborate across product, supply, and demand teams to balance advertiser, publisher, and user needs
• Drive long-term strategy and planning, including experimentation, OKRs, and technical documentation
• Work with real-time and batch pipelines powered by Spark, Kafka, S3, Airflow, and more

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in data science, with 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Experience with deep learning in production environments (millions of predictions/day)
• Proficiency in Python and a deep understanding of applied ML/AI in a business context
• Comfort with large-scale data infrastructure and tooling (AWS, Airflow, Spark, etc.)
• Bonus: AdTech experience, or a background in real-time personalisation/recommendation systems
