Requirements:
Education : Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related technical field.
Experience :
2-5 years of
technical support
experience in the
connector/interconnect industry
(design wins ).
Familiarity with
interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems .
Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g.,
UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia ) is a plus.
Technical Skills :
Proficient in
3D modeling (Creo)
and
Product Data Management (Windchill) .
Skilled in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

verbal/written communication
(able to explain technical concepts to global teams).
Excellent
customer service
and relationship-building.
Organized with sharp
presentation skills .
Responsibilities:
Customer Solutions :
