Lead Customer Engineer - Power Electronics & Interconnect Solutions

Requirements:

Education : Bachelor's degree in

Mechanical Engineering

or related technical field.

Experience :

2-5 years of

technical support

experience in the

connector/interconnect industry

(design wins ).

Familiarity with

interconnect systems, controllers, ESS/EV charging, or battery/module systems .

Basic knowledge of industry standards (e.g.,

UL, EIA, IEC, Telcordia ) is a plus.

Technical Skills :

Proficient in

3D modeling (Creo)

and

Product Data Management (Windchill) .

Skilled in

Microsoft Office

(Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Skills:

Strong

verbal/written communication

(able to explain technical concepts to global teams).

Excellent

customer service

and relationship-building.

Organized with sharp

presentation skills .

Responsibilities:

Customer Solutions :

nalyze needs and propose

power solutions

(existing products, modifications, or new concepts).

Create

models/presentations

to showcase solutions.

Technical Support :

Generate engineering documents (

drawings, specs, test results ).

Collaborate with

thermal/simulation teams

and lab testing.

Product & Market Expertise :

dvise customers on

emerging trends

and

competitive differentiation .

Build

trusted relationships

with key clients' engineering teams.

Lead

Voice of Customer (VOC)

activities for new products.

Travel :

30%

required.
