Lead Civil Engineer

Role Purpose

Lead civil and structural engineering efforts for substation modifications, floor cutouts, structural adequacy checks, and earthing transformer foundation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural adequacy checks for existing substation slabs under new panel loads.
• Design floor cutouts, cable entry openings, and strengthening measures.
• Prepare demolition and modification drawings for civil works.
• Coordinate rebar scanning and core cutting with safety approvals.
• Design earthing transformer yard layouts and foundations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years overall, including 8+ years in oil and gas EPC brownfield projects.
• Skilled in conducting structural adequacy checks for existing buildings.
• Proficient with structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro, Foundation 3D, or Mat 3D, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with major energy sector projects preferred.
