I am working with a reputable insurer looking to bring in a Lead Business Process Improvement Analyst working closely with the Enterprise Architecture Team.
The role will contribute to the overall success of the business by enabling and supporting process improvements within different teams and expected to liaise closely with the business analysts and IT automation teams to support the business in delivering identified improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help assess, define and evolve the maturity of the Business Process Improvement Capability
- Coach stakeholders, such as business representatives and business analysts, in the standards and approach to process analysis
- Manage supply and demand for the newly introduced service.
- Provide business process modelling knowledge and support within a number of change projects
- Interpret and map business processes across domains
- Lead and facilitate process redesign workshops
- Analysis of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Key Skills
- End to End Process modelling, analysis and relevant tooling, including Business Process Management tools such as Appian, Bizagi, Pega
- Experience in workflow and process automation.
- Experience of using BPMN 2.0 is very much desirable
- Good Leadership experience
