Are you an experienced Lead BMS Project Engineer looking to work on some of the biggest projects in London?\n\nWell, this could be your perfect opportunity. I'm currently representing a company that's looking to bring on an experienced Lead Design Engineer in London.\n\nThey're seeking someone with a proven track record of leading BMS designs from specification through to completion. Ideally, you'll have worked on either two or more large-scale BMS projects (each valued over £1 million) or spent a few years managing smaller-scale schemes, particularly within mission-critical environments such as controls, BMS, or network infrastructure.\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\n\nOversee safe, high-quality site delivery\nReview technical documentation and identify any gaps or non-compliance\nDesign energy-efficient BMS systems\nProduce supporting documents (e.g., commissioning checklists, network topologies)\nCoordinate testing across panels, software, and graphics\nLiaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders\nOrganise and manage commissioning and as-built data\nWork with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth integration \n\nDesirable Skills & Experience\n\nBMS software development experience\nTridium N4 certification\n5+ years of commissioning experience\nElectrical or mechanical installation background\nKnowledge of energy management systems or smart buildings \n\nIf this sounds of interest, please reach out to Jake Roberts at Vantage Consulting
