Lead BMS Commissioning Engineer \n\nAre you a BEMS Commissioning Engineer who thrives in fast-paced, high-profile environments?\n\nWe're working with a leading contractor delivering a major life sciences development in Oxford, a flagship project where building performance, energy monitoring and smart control systems are absolutely critical.\n\nThis role will see you pre-commissioning and commissioning BEMS control panels, proving full integration between the BEMS system and multiple 3rd party packages across a live construction site environment.\n\nOxford - Life Sciences Project \n\n£70,000 - £75,000 Salary \nCar Allowance or Company Car \nMonthly Travel Allowance \n33 Days Annual Holiday \nEnhanced Pension Scheme \nPrivate Helathcare \nEnhanced Parental Leave \n\nResponsibilities \n\nPre-commissioning and commissioning BEMS systems & control panels\n\nProving integration between BEMS and M&E systems\n\nWorking across mechanical systems (air, hydraulic, FCUs, chilled beams)\n\nSupporting electrical systems including metering, lighting, fire, security & smart tech\n\nReading and interpreting deliverables, interface matrices, network drawings, point schedules & technical specs\n\nEnsuring smooth handover of fully operational BEMS systems\n\nDesired Experience\n\nElectrical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification\n\nStrong experience delivering BEMS systems (ideally Schneider / Tridium)\n\nExperience with BACnet and/or Modbus\n\nConfident working with software, graphics and system integration\n\nValid CSCS or ECS card\n\nINDUK
