Lead AV Engineer – Luxury Residential Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to take the lead on high-end residential projects across Surrey and London, working with premium systems such as Lutron, Crestron, KNX, and a wide range of Audio, Video, and Cinema installations.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading on-site teams installing & commissioning AV systems

Working with cutting-edge smart home & cinema tech

Delivering exceptional solutions in luxury residential environments

What we’re looking for:

✔ Minimum 3+ years’ experience in the high-end residential AV sector

✔ Lutron Homeworks Certified, Crestron Certified, or Control4

✔ Strong IT & AV rack-building skills

✔ Eye for detail & problem-solving mindset

✔ Strong communication skills with clients & teams

✔ Clean UK driving license
