Your Contribution:

  • Spearhead enhancements to our control systems, driving technological advancement across our manufacturing landscape.

  • Orchestrate the full spectrum of capital projects, from conception through commissioning, uplifting our infrastructure with state-of-the-art systems.

  • Advise and resolve challenges in our sophisticated automation network, ensuring robust functionality of PLCs, HMIs, and robotic systems.

  • Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to synchronize engineering developments with strategic site goals.

  • Design proactive maintenance protocols to sustain the integrity of automation systems.

  • Innovate system optimizations that align with compliance and push business objectives to new heights.

  • Lead field inspections and integration projects, emphasizing precision in system installations.

  • Strategize capital budget planning—from forecasts to vendor management, material, and labor cost assessments.

  • Commit to regulatory excellence, championing adherence to FDA, cGMP, ISO, and NRC standards.

Your Qualifications:

  • A solid academic foundation in Engineering or similar technical disciplines is advantageous.

  • 8+ years of proven experience in automation/controls within a manufacturing environment is a must.

  • Mastery over Allen Bradley PLCs and industrial automation will be key.

  • Adept with robotics, vision technologies, and sensor systems.

  • Strong project management skills with substantial automation project experience.

  • Knowledge of regulated manufacturing landscapes, particularly in pharmaceuticals or medical devices, is essential.

  • Skills in Computer System Validation, change control methods, and project documentation are pivotal.

  • Your communication prowess and teamwork ethos will drive our collective success.

  • Desirable proficiencies: Electrical systems (480V/110V), Building Management, and security protocols.

  • Networking and SQL database experience are added advantages.
