Job Description
Lead Audio Visual Engineer\nLuxury Residential Integration - London\n\nIf you want to work on projects that genuinely elevate your career, this is one of those roles that makes a difference.\n\nYou'll be joining a specialist integration firm delivering luxury smart homes for ultra high net worth clients. These are full estates, multi-level penthouses, private cinemas and complex whole home control systems built with absolute precision. Everything is engineered properly, documented well and delivered to a standard only a handful of teams in the country can match.\n\nThey now need a Lead Engineer who can take ownership of technical delivery on site and set the level that everyone else follows.\n\nWhat you will be doing\n\nLeading on-site delivery across flagship Residential projects\nOverseeing installs, commissioning and final sign-off of full home automation systems\nWorking closely with designers, programmers and project managers to keep each stage moving smoothly\nMentoring mid-level engineers and raising the overall standard of work\nBeing the trusted technical lead clients look to for clarity, confidence and expertise\nBringing structure and calm to some of the most complex residential systems in the UK \n\nWhat you need to bring\n\nStrong Residential or Commercial AV background with the ability to take command of site delivery\nStrong Lutron knowledge\nIdelaly knowledge on Crestron or Control4, and the ability to understand programmed logic and system behaviour\nSolid networking skills, including VLANs, switch configuration and troubleshooting\nA track record of delivering high end projects where tidy infrastructure and proper documentation matter\nClear communication, client confidence and a problem solving mindset\nThe ability to spot issues early and resolve them before they grow \n\nWhy this role stands out\n\nYou'll work on homes that operate closer to private estates and boutique properties than standard residential setups.
