Are you passionate about building the next of intelligent, voice-first systems? We’re searching for a visionary technologist to shape the architecture of an advanced Virtual Personal Assistant (VPA) platform—one that lives at the intersection of human conversation, on-device performance, and AI excellence.

What You’ll Build

You’ll lead the end-to-end design of a VPA system that draws inspiration from SIRI—but reimagined with the best of today’s tools and frameworks. This includes hybrid local/cloud processing, advanced speech-to-text modeling, and seamless Apple ecosystem integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the cloud/local hybrid architecture for real-time assistant performance
• Build scalable, privacy-focused ASR and LLM pipelines for natural understanding
• Optimize transformer models for Core ML deployment using Apple- workflows
• Champion inclusive and multilingual voice experiences, including accent tuning strategies
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team of designers, engineers, and product visionaries

You Might Be a Fit If...

• You’ve architected complex AI systems and shipped production-grade voice interfaces
• You bring 3+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus in Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR)
• You possess working knowledge of open-source ML tools like PyTorch, Jax, and Ray
• You understand distributed data processing frameworks such as Beam, Spark, Dask, and Ray
• You’re fluent in multiple high-level programming —ideally including C++, Java, and Python
• You’re a bold experimenter—equally comfortable prototyping as you are writing architecture specs
• You care deeply about user experience, accessibility, and voice equity across and accents
