The Lawn Guy is seeking a dependable and hardworking Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team. Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
• Prioritize safety for the public and fellow team members
• Report unsafe practices or conditions immediately
• Properly use and maintain all tools and equipment
• Wear company-provided uniform according to standards
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from office or job sites
• Arrive on time and ready for work each day
• Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism
• Manage time effectively to meet task deadlines
• Treat all employees and management with respect
• Complete and submit all required paperwork promptly
• Report all accidents and injuries without delay
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while on the job

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required
• Must be physically capable of outdoor labor in various weather conditions
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual with excellent time management skills

Equipment & Training:
As a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member, you will primarily work with equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and blowers. While prior experience is helpful, it is not required—we’re happy to provide training for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
