POSITION SUMMARY: The Production Laser Operator is an energetic, self-motivated team member who is detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced gift personalization and production environment. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic production team.

SEASONAL SHIFTS:

• Seasonal shifts available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
• Weekends are included and mandatory

SEASONAL COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

• Eligible for shift differentials
• End-of-season bonuses

Compensation:

$18 hourly

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Utilize computer technology to accurately enter customer orders and personalized information
• Operate laser equipment to personalize customer orders
• Operate rotary tools for personalization of customer orders
• Use buffers to finish and polish customer orders
• Perform other essential and non-essential duties as assigned to support production operations

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong commitment to quality control and producing high-quality work
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply job-related functions and processes

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATION:

• Must be at least 18 years of
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Must be able to read, understand, and follow written instructions
• Basic computer skills required
• Prior experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus, but not required 
• Ability to successfully pass a background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT:

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds safely
• Ability to push carts or order carts weighing up to 60 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching throughout shifts
• Ability to operate carts and other equipment to move items efficiently
