We are seeking an experienced Large Loss Project Manager to lead high-value residential restoration projects from start to finish. This position requires a dependable, organized leader who can manage multiple priorities, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of large-scale mitigation and reconstruction projects.
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and documentation while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate and direct field crews, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple active sites.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing, reporting, and timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and provide detailed project updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restoration project management.
• Proven success managing large loss residential restoration projects (over $250k).
• Strong understanding of insurance claims processes.
• Strong understanding of building construction methods and current building codes.
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Highly proficient technical skills utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and industry CRM’s.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• IICRC certifications are .
