We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Large Format Printer Operator/Production Helper to join our team.

The ideal candidate Must have large format print shop experience and be proficient in operating large format printers,

including flatbed and roll-to-roll printers. They MUST also have hands-on experience in cutting vinyl, mounting to boards, and cutting and handling foam and corrugated boards.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain large format printers, including flatbed and roll-to-roll printers.

Handle vinyl cutting and mounting to boards for various projects.

Install vinyl adhesive for special events and signage.

Cut foam and corrugated boards according to job requirements.

Assist in packaging and preparing jobs for shipping.

Maintain inventory of supplies and reorder as needed.

Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and ensure a smooth production flow.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.

Prepare and set up file layouts for print on large format printers.

Requirements:

Must have print shop experience with large format printers.

Hands-on experience operating flatbed printers and roll-to-roll printers.

Proficiency in cutting vinyl and mounting to boards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Strong attention to detail and quality control.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience with packaging and shipping procedures.

Familiarity with maintaining printers and inventory management.

Knowledge of file layouts for print on large format printers.

Note: Only candidates with large format PRINT shop experience will be considered for this position.
