We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our landscape company. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth workflows across all service lines—maintenance, enhancements, and installations—while upholding quality standards and optimizing efficiency. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have hands-on experience in landscape operations, and are comfortable using CRM tools like Aspire, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Crew & Scheduling Management

Develop and maintain daily and weekly schedules for all crews to maximize efficiency and timely job completion.

Track crew productivity and performance against industry benchmarks.

Communicate effectively with foremen and field teams to resolve scheduling issues.
Quality Assurance

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet company standards.

Conduct site visits and inspections to verify work quality.

Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
Shop & Equipment Oversight

Manage repair orders and oversee maintenance of trucks, trailers, and landscape equipment.

Keep the shop and yard organized, safe, and fully operational.

Monitor equipment usage and downtime; implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Systems & Reporting

Use Aspire (or similar CRM) for scheduling, time tracking, work order management, and reporting.

Maintain accurate records for labor hours, materials, and equipment allocation.

Generate performance reports on KPIs such as job completion rates, rework, and equipment downtime.
Leadership

Provide clear direction, training, and support to crew leaders and team members.

Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and high-quality workmanship.

Collaborate with sales and account managers for seamless handoff of work orders.
What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Hands-on knowledge of landscape operations.

Experience with CRM systems (Aspire ).

Ability to lead teams and foster a positive work environment.
