Job Description
- Leading and managing the Landscape Production team, including scheduling and execution of all construction or design/build projects
- Providing support and instruction on complex landscape construction projects
- Leveraging systems such as LMN to make data-driven decisions
- Manages subcontractors and internal crews to ensure quality work and appropriate timelines
- Completing quality assurance checks on all projects and properties
Qualifications
- Consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
- Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Have or are willing to obtain a DOT Physical Card
- Must be insurable by Andy’s insurance carrier
- Minimum of a high school diploma
- Minimum of 5 years of management-level knowledge and experience within the commercial and residential hardscape & design and snow removal industry
- Proven extensive knowledge of operations, production management, and fleet management
- Must be able to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Be self-motivated, well-organized, and have strong time management skills
- Have a positive and friendly attitude
- Must be able to work as a team and take direction from multiple sources
- Must be a self-starter, able to work for extended periods with minimal direct supervision, productively
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Required to be on call 24/7 during the winter season, including weekends and holidays
- Must be time flexible, without schedule restrictions
- Must be physically able to operate power equipment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, and walk repeatedly for a continuous period
- Must have proficient knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
