We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Landscaping Salesman and Estimator to join our team. This role will be responsible for evaluating project requirements, creating accurate estimates, and ensuring proposals meet client expectations and company standards. The ideal candidate will have landscaping knowledge, strong math skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients to review project needs and specifications
• Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and assess project scope
• Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications to determine materials and labor required
• Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates for landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation projects
• Collaborate with the owner and crew to plan timelines and resources
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding scope, costs, and project details
• Adjust estimates as needed based on client requests or site conditions

Qualifications:

• 3yr Minimum experience in landscaping, construction, or related field
• Knowledge of plants, materials, irrigation systems, and installation practices a plus
• Strong math and measurement skills
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans or drawings
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple bids at once
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
