Landscape Operations Manager

The Landscape Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal operations and enhancement operations, ensuring quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial landscape maintenance and enhancement projects.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits and quality inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and enhancement projects.
• Oversee snow removal operations.
• Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for trucks and equipment.
• Assist with estimating and bidding for maintenance contracts and enhancement projects.
• Train, supervise, and support production managers and field crews.
• Recruit, hire, discipline, and manage field employees.

Qualifications:

• Experience in landscape operations and customer service (sales experience is a plus).
• Knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and snow removal best practices.
• Valid driver's license.
