Rubicon is looking for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to lead and coordinate construction services. This role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations across multiple service lines and supporting the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Scheduling – Maintain and manage rolling 2-week schedule
• Vendor & Subcontractor Management – Build strong relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure services are delivered on time.
• Team Leadership – Support production teams through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Fleet Oversight – Work with the Fleet Manager to ensure vehicles are properly assigned, maintained, and documented.
• Quality Control – Oversee service standards
• Safety Compliance – Ensure all employees follow safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing construction operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field (, not required).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with business owners, property managers, vendors, and crews.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company with shifting priorities.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Valid driver’s license (must be 21+).
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.
