Responsibilities:

• Oversee services for landscape irrigation, maintenance, and enhancements
• Manage multiple crews ensuring quality work is delivered on time and within budget
• Focus on client communication, crew coordination, and service delivery
• Lead, plan, and work cross-functionally with production teams
• Identify opportunities for operational growth and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Experience with P&L management
• Proven track record of identifying efficiencies and growth opportunities
• Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional work
• Landscape experience is a plus, but not necessary
• Ability to present strategies for increasing profitability and efficiency
