Landscape Maintenance Operative\n\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for a Gardener/Maintenance Operative to join our clients award-winning team on a temp-to-perm basis. They have been responsible for numerous very high-profile projects across the country for many years and are currently expanding their maintenance arm, leading to an increasing number of high-profile contracts. They are now seeking a horticulturally experienced Landscape Maintenance Gardener to assist work across in the Kings Cross Area, London.\n\nMain Responsibilities:\n\nThe client is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual who is eager to learn, demonstrates strong knowledge, and values punctuality.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, showing initiative when required. This role is based at a prestigious rooftop site, which can be physically demanding.\n\nDuties will include but are not limited to the following:\n\n * Maintenance Gardening\n\n * Lawn Maintenance\n\n * Pruning\n\n * Weeding\n\n * Watering\n\n * Planting\n\n * Mulching\n\n * Ad- hoc planting as required.\n\n * An understanding of Health and Safety requirements.\n\nKey Skills:\n\nThe successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, having the ability to work under their own initiative while taking pride in their work and completing tasks to a high standard throughout all tasks on the large site. An understanding of Health and Safety regulations is essential.

A PA1/PA6 spraying certificate would be desirable, however not essential.\n\nA CSCS Card is currently required.\n\nWorking Hours are 7:30 – 16:00 Monday to Friday
