Landscape Maintenance Manager
The "Landscape Maintenance Manager" must be proficient in performing all tasks of landscape maintenance. This position should perform with effective leadership, provide supervision and training in an efficient and professional manner, manage multiple landscape maintenance projects, and act as an intermediary between landscape maintenance field operations, customers and company management.

Requirements
- Meet all requirements of Crew Leader job description.
- Comply with all company policies/procedures and safety requirements including crew member discipline and documentation.
- Responsible for enforcing safety of the customer, job site, and company employees on site.
- Act as intermediary between maintenance field crew and management as needed.
- Identify and correct all unsafe conditions and practices and communicate actions to CFO and CEO
- Ability to manage field level personnel at multiple maintenance projects.
- Ability to manage Customer Service and Quality Control.
- Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks.
- Possess CLT in landscape maintenance.
- Possess valid Calif. Drivers License and be insurable by company insurance carriers.

Job Skills
- Complete personal daily time log for work completed.
- Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines, and apply necessary timelines.
- Assist foreman with highly technical tasks.
- Carry out field training of landscape maintenance personnel
- Communicate equipment and personnel needs to CFO and CEO in a timely manner.
- Supervise field operations for up to 10 landscape maintenance foremen and their respective crews.
- Assist Maintenance supervisor with work force scheduling and dispatching of crews to appropriate maintenance routes.
- Mediate personnel, equipment, and customer problems under direction of Maintenance Division Manager.
- Supervise field level safety program and ensure that all injury reports are turned in to Human Resources.
- Review daily worksheets for accuracy and completeness.
- Approve work schedule done by foreman.
- Identify extra work on maintenance projects, prepare and submit such enhancement requests to CEO and CFO for estimating and sales.
- Able to identify 100 common plants on CLT list by common and botanical names.
- Be certified in CPR and First Aid.
