The Fine Gardening Team Leader performs a wide variety of landscape and maintenance tasks related to residential and commercial properties, with a focus on crew supervision. This role is expected to work independently as well as within a team environment, with some customer interaction.

Responsibilities
- Actively lead with a positive attitude
- Maintain a culture of safety
- Supervise all maintenance care service activities of the crew
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Keep daily projects on schedule
- Be a team player who pitches in where needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledgeable in horticulture
- Possess a valid Driver's License
- Maintain qualifying MVR for company auto insurance
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- 1+ years of supervisory experience
- Must be willing to apply herbicides
- Test for CAT3 certification within first 60 days of employment
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Environmental Requirements
- Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc
