  • Rock a 50%+ gross margin on all contract renewalsbecause profit is the new pretty
  • Keep clients happy and coming back with a 90%+ contract renewal rate
  • Tap into your creative side by meeting or beating a 40% enhancement sales goal
  • Win new business like a pro, closing 50% or more of proposals
  • Turn our design-build clients into lifelong maintenance fansaiming for a 40%+ conversion rate
  • Solve problems with a smile, manage accounts like a boss, and design landscapes that leave jaws on the floor

  • 5+ years in landscape or horticulture design/estimation
  • A Bachelors degree in horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field (bonus points!)
